And about the pre-orders so when they start I can e-mail and him what to do, I really want the physical copy and to get that type of copy should he pre-order online or just do it by phone? Thanks!

MID will launch on PC and Mac first. We are considering other platforms, but no news to share yet, sorry!
I was just made aware, that the games will no longer be available in stores such as target or Walmart. Can you clarify how pre orders work? Can you pre order a download copy? Can you download on release day? If I pre order the physical copy, it doesn’t ship til the release day? What type of shipping is being used? How fast will I get it?
Hello Jessica! You can purchase the game on October 1st, 2019. If you purchase the digital download, you may download the game on November 19th, 2019. If you purchase the physical game, it will ship out November 19th and will arrive based on your shipping choice. It depends on where you live, and also the method you choose. The slowest shipping is up to 10 business days. It would be longer if you live outside of the United States.
