How do I make purchases from HeR Interactive.com?
Select the game or product you wish to purchase by clicking either the “Download” or “Buy” button under that game or product. Enter your contact and payment details on the next page. Review your order and click “Pay.”
The game or product is sSold and fulfilled by FastSpring, an authorized reseller. The charge for your order will appear on your credit card as: FS* herinteractive, FS*fsprg.com, or FSPRG.
Do I need to know my old account password and email to make a purchase?
No, after November 2024 your old account password and email are no longer valid to make a purchase.
Can I use the same email address and password on my new account?
You will no longer need to create an account to complete a purchase. Once your purchase is complete, your item(s) is immediately available for download. Details of your purchase will be provided to the email address used during check-out.
Is my transaction secure?

Will I be able to access my account history?
For purchases made on or after December 4, 2024, you access your purchase information through Account Management with the email used at the time of purchase.
For purchases made on or before November 26, 2024, you can submit an information request through Find My Order.
Why can’t you transfer my old HeR account to the new provider?
Due to privacy laws, legally we cannot transfer customers’ private information and purchase history from one company to another.
What happens to EDS (Extended Download Service)?
The EDS (Extended Download Service) was discontinued on September 25, 2022, from the HeR Interactive, Inc store. This was a paid service, provided by Digital River, that would allow customers to redownload their purchased games for a limited time of 5 years from the date of purchase. For EDS purchases made before September 25, 2022 , you can submit an information request through Find My Order.
When you place an order via our website, you will have 30 days to download your purchase. We highly recommend backing up or saving your Nancy Drew games.

Thank you for purchasing your Nancy Drew game(s) from HeR Interactive. When you purchase directly from us, you are supporting a female-led award-winning video game publisher and developer that has been entertaining players for over 25 years.
We value our customers and strive to ensure a positive gaming experience. However, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final. Please carefully review our refund policy below or contact customer service for more information or to request a refund at customerservice@herinteractive.com.
Eligibility for Refunds:
· Digital Game Purchases, in general, are not eligible for a refund; however, refunds may be issued at our discretion in certain circumstances, such as fraudulent transactions, technical issues, or other special conditions.
· Physical Game Purchases: we will only provide a refund if the physical copy is defective or damaged in shipping.
· Bundle Purchases: individual components of a bundle are not refundable.
· Strategy Guides: are not eligible for a refund.
· Soundtracks: are not eligible for a refund.
· Merchandise Items: refund requests must be submitted HERE to our merchandise partner, Spring.
· Refunds cannot be issued for games that have been downloaded, installed, and/or played.
