Travel Tuesday and Fan Legos
Playing Nancy Drew: Danger on Deception Island sort of feels like home to me. I grew up here in the Pacific Northwest, in Washington state and have lived here all my life. I have not yet gone on a real whale-watching tour, but I have ventured to Whidbey Island, where off the coast in the Puget Sound is a tiny rock of an island called Deception Island. Yes, it is real. I have pictures somewhere… but it likely turn up on any maps since it is not a real destination. It’s just a small island made of rocks, dirt, and a few trees. Birds live there. That’s it. But still! It’s cool to have gone to real-life Nancy Drew locations. 😉 Have you ever been whale-watching? Have you played the game? (That counts, right?)
Don’t forget! We start playing Nancy Drew: The Haunting of Castle Malloy this Thursday and Friday! Mark your calendars and be sure to follow us on Twitch here!
Also, I had to share this fan art submitted by Hailey. It’s a Lego scene of Dave Gregory at the chicken coop from The Secret of Shadow Ranch!

I didn’t have the correct colours but, I tried my best! Thank you for posting it! (:
It looks great! I adore LEGO 🙂 How did you get all the pieces to make it? Were they “leftovers” from other sets?
I used a mixed bag of Legos I bought from Amaozn to make it. I looked at the game to build it. I’m so glad everyone likes it! 🙂
I love danger on deception island and shadow ranch!
This NEEDS to become an actual Lego set!
