National Cherry Pie Day 2020
You know why these random holidays are just terrible? The food holidays always make me want to eat that item. Fried chicken day – I HAVE to have fried chicken because I’ve been staring at the graphic all day. Chocolate chip cookie day? Oh you KNOW I’m gonna go home and make cookies! Today is National Cherry Pie day… and making pies from scratch is always the tastiest, but pies require a little more effort to make.
What are your favorite pies? Are you a fruit pie person? Or a cream pie person? Or perhaps you like the weird ones, like pecan (love this!), pumpkin or sweet potato (I love these, too), pecan pie or vinegar pie? I can make a terrific chocolate cream pie, like the ones seen in Secret of the Old Clock, but my favorite is blackberry pie from freshly-picked berries.

We used to go to a cafe and the choices for pie were apple, cherry, Peach, coconut, banana, Chocolate or strawberry. I used to get chocolate a lot when I was a kid, Now I get Coconut. =)

Oh good, an excuse to eat pie today! Cherry is my favorite, but peach, blueberry, key lime, and chocolate peanut butter pie are all good. And apple. And banana cream. And razzleberry.

I LOVE fruit pies! Those ALL sound good. Pumpkin pie – not many people among my friends and family actually like it. I’m always the one to request and eat pumpkin pie around Thanksgiving.
That’s odd, I always thought a lot of people consider pumpkin pie as their favorite Thanksgiving food I know it’s one of mine!
What are Razzleberries?
Razzleberry pie is a pie with a combination of rasberries and blackberries and usually blueberries. It’s wonderful around the holidays!

Let’s see my favorite pie….I like blueberry, I absolutely love Cream pies like Chocolate cream pie, Banana Cream Pie and Lemon Meringue Pie! I never had Blackberry pie before but I would love to try it sometime!
I have always wanted to try a homemade fruit pie but I don’t think I would have the patience to keep everything cold.
Hey LJ. In the evidence room in MID, There is a poster board with a character’s mugshot photo. I am curious to see what it says but the text is small and blurry since it seems to have been resized so it could fit on the board. Thanks.
Hello! I cannot see what it says, either. The artists didn’t make the unimportant art high resolution, because they didn’t intend for people to read it. 🙁

Hey! Do you know if the patch for MID on Steam to enable controller support will be released for people that don’t have the Steam version (ie physical disc and digital download from HeR)? In the past, you guys released patches for your games on the site, and I didn’t know if you guys would do the same thing for the new MID patch. I tried it out yesterday and I love it. It works really well!

I make this vegan chocolate almond pie that tastes like almond joy and its sooooo good! I also like pumpkin with lootttts of whipped cream and also banana cream!!! Also, how do we get our family photo in one of the games? Hehehe 😀
Those pies sound amazing, Kristen! The pictures of real people in the Nancy Drew games are part of the prizes from past contests. So be on the lookout for more contests where that is a prize!

Because of the Corona virus?
Mostly because we have already played all the Nancy Drew games already, so we may spread out the parties and make it more seasonal instead of every month.
I see your point and I know at some point you guys are gonna stream Midnight In Salem but there could be fans who have not played, I got it for Christmas from my brother and I loved it, I actually played it twice so far, haha frankly I don’t care how many times I play them, I just love playing them over and over again! But I do think that it would be a good idea to play MID on Halloween because y’know it takes place on that Holiday and I noticed that on the twitch streams on one of the upper corners of the background you guys call it season 2 like it’s a TV show so let me know when the next one is, I really enjoy chatting with you guys on there!
