Russian Fans’ 20th Anniversary Gift
Big shout out today to the Nancy Drew Fan community in Russia! They sent us a package of Nancy Drew and Hardy Boy books in Russian, along with some fan letters, stickers, and a cool plush jackalope like the one seen in The Silent Spy!

Fan Ivan had some questions, so I went ahead and answered them here:
Q: What is your favorite Nancy Drew game in the series?
A: My favorite is currently Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake, but The Final Scene is most often my pick.
Q: What is the worst game for you?
A: My worst game is Ransom of the Seven Ships since I am a TERRIBLE driver and really bad at playing games with the monkeys. >_<
Q: What are you planning to release after Nancy Drew: Midnight in Salem?
A: It’s top secret, but I’m most certain it will be another Nancy Drew game. 😉
Q: What is your favorite book from the Nancy Drew series?
A: My personal favorite (even though I hear many fans don’t like it) is The Sign of the Twister Candles because there is excitement, drama, hidden treasures, hidden compartments, helping an old man, and bringing justice to awful land lords who treated him poorly.

I like Sign Of The Twisted Candles too, my teacher Ms. Pink got me that one for my college graduation!
I thought you said Silent Spy is your favorite one time?
It is my favorite from the newer games, but it’s hard to pick just one favorite!
I was just thinking how I am thankful The Silent Spy came out in the fall 2013! I had a game to look forward to rather go through a tough time in real life! Thank you, HeR Interactive, for releasing SPY! I can’t wait for Midnight in Salem to come out!

I know there’s just so many great stories, I’m pretty much good at all of them, the puzzles except for Fox & Geese from ICE I’m good with beating the wolf but so far I haven’t had much luck with the raccoon, Pig or the Moose, I love the cooking parts of that game though so what I’ve been doing if I get so frustrated with Fox & Geese I just turn off the game and I watch the ending on you tube but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it after time!
How good that the parcel reached! It’s been more than 2 months. In addition, we have been collecting it for quite some time. We were going to send it in January, but it didn’t work out. But we did it!
We really wanted to please you for those 20 years, Nancy, that you gave us.

I can’t wait for MID to come out too Amy! I’m the same way, the ND games are my escape from all the rough times that go on in my life and from the distracting hard times! Nancy Drew even got me through when I had my wisdom teeth pulled out, Haha!
Will MID run on the updated Mac Mojave system?
Is HER working on a fix for all the previous mac games to run on the new mac update? Right now the games won’t run on the newest mac system which is horrible for a ND fan who wants to play the games.
