  1. Me and my sister figured it out- The River Styx! I was hoping that would be mentioned in the game!

i wasn’t sure which one would win…. i knew most of the answers, but some of them i was like “whaaaaa?”
I know nothing about greek mythology, (other than what i had to write down for resorting to danger) but i am guessing that picture is a god or something mayyybe called cerberus… it looks like a puzzle… those red eyes are super freaking me out. 😛

Just in case you wished to know, Cerberus is Hades’ (god of the Underworld) dog who guards the river styx (which people cross when they die). I take Latin in school and I love mythology.

That is a really cool screenshot. It looks really mysterious. Is LIE going to have hints like previous games. Like in the task list, you click on a question mark and then eventually it will give you the answer. I cannot enjoy the game when that is in there. Cause when I get stumped. I ALWAYS click on the task list hints. Which ruins the mystery for me. So I was just wandering about that because I need it blocked so I cannot keep ruining the mystery and the fun of it.

I have no idea how to do the puzzle. I know its with a keyboard. It’s similar to a previous puzzle, so I’ll backtrack and review it.

Hi Foundation2430! Yes, LIE will have the task list. If you are worried about “accidentally” clicking on them, you could play Master level, which has far less tasks, so there is less of a chance of spoiling things for you. 😉

Hi LJ! This new screenshot looks great. The detail is amazing, and reminds me a lot of CUR, right down to the glowing eyes and dark corridors.

  5. SpyGirl says:

Whoa! Creeepy screenshot! That’s the three-headed dog in Greek mythology, right?
I actually did pretty well in the trivia video (I drew a blank on about three questions, but I got the rest) These are fun videos!

Cerberus! (Κέρβερος) The guardian of the gates of Hades! The dog with the the heads!
The river Styx..! The only vow even a God couldn’t break.. A vow to the waters of the river Styx (τα ύδατα της Στυγός)…
I’m getting more curious about this game every day! 🙂

  7. Angela says:

That looks like part of the labyrinth in the game itself! Just a hunch. Also something got to do with the “Underworld” myth, hehh.

  8. Elsa says:

    A puzzle.

  9. Sara says:

The answer is the river styx. It is the boundary between the underworld and the living world.

  10. Hadley says:

Cerberus is scary!!! I thought this game was going to be one of the less scary games (like Tomb of the Lost Queen) but I guess I was wrong! 🙂 we will just have to wait and see…

Remember when I mentioned about having an idea for a throwback Thursday. In the game, The Curse of Blackmoor Manor, when you are in Jane’s room. You hear in the background Jane humming a tune. In the most random places, I find myself humming that tune. And I my family catches me doing it and they are like, “What are you humming?” my brother “caught” me the other day and he just rolls his eyes when I tell him about what I’m humming. His favorite game is The Secret of Shadow Ranch. and Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake, same as me. Anyway, I’d thought I’d share that.

I love love LOVE greek mythology, probably because of percy jackson, but its amazing! I have a feeling this will top all the other games, including my favorit, SPY! My friend who is a beta tester ddidn’t reveal anything, but said knowing me,I would love this game.
Also, how would I go about trying to enter your thing to beta test games?

    • hannah says:

Seriously, I would swear on the river styx(bad pun, sorry) that she didn’t reveal anything. All she said was that there is a lot of greek mythology in it,and that I would love it.
