Hi Susan, when pre-orders begin, the phone lines may be busy, but yes, we accept orders over the phone. The fastest way to pre-order would certainly be to have set up an account with our store prior to pre-order date, and then adding the pre-order of the game to your cart and making the purchase online. I will be sure to write about it in more detail once the right time comes!
