Eclipse Day at HeR’s Office
We had a brief distraction from our work today at the office. As many of you are clearly aware – the solar eclipse happened today! Here in Washington State, the view of the sun was only covered by about 93%, so we always had a bit of light. (Honestly, if we didn’t suspect anything, we’d hardly notice with our bare eyes.) It was a beautiful bright, sunny day with a spec or two of clouds elsewhere, so taking our cameras, make-shift viewfinders, and eclipse glasses was really fun. Here are the photos I was able to take; the camera lenses reflected the actual eclipse.
I think the most fascinating was the shadows that were cast – which were all in the shapes of crescents!
Also, here’s a snapshot of a teasing photo we took and made of one of our team members:
Anyways, back to work. Here’s the solution to the weekend puzzle:
It’s a playfair cipher, omitting the Q in the alphabet. Deciphered, it reads [big sale coming up].

How big is the team at Her? I’m sure fans would love a meet the team blog post! 🙂
Hi Jen, we don’t have page highlighting the team members. I have, however, interviewed a few of them on the Amateur Sleuth blog playlist on our YouTube channel if you’d like to watch those!
I’m not sure if my previous comment went through…
