Indy’s Paddle And A Nancy Drew Moment.
If you watched my introduction video two weeks ago then you would know I go to Butler University. If you haven’t watched the video, then go watch it here! One thing you won’t know just by watching the video is that at Butler I participated in a lot of activities such as the Rowing team or working as a tour guide. But one of my favorites activities I am involved in is my sorority. One of my friends in the house made me this Nancy Drew paddle! It is one of my favorite things hanging in my cubical so I wanted to share it with you. The reason it is yellow is because it is my favorite color. The girl who made it did such a great job. Have you or your friends made any really cool Nancy Drew crafts? Share it with me! I would love to see some pictures.
I also want to share with you this Nancy Drew moment that I made my first day working here at Her Interactive! When I was younger I only ever wanted to talk to the characters instead of actually solving the mystery. They were just all so interesting and it annoyed me sooooo much when a character would leave their environment and not come back.
We also have a birthday today!

Hey Indy! I’m enjoying getting to know you. That paddle is so cute and I love the designs on it! I enjoy talking to characters too (and I hate when they disappear and you can’t figure out how to get them back)…my favorite character is Wade from GTH, and I definitely had that Nancy Drew Moment happen to me a couple times when I was playing GTH. 😉 Anyway, I just wanted to say that I’ve been loving your blog posts. I hope that you can stay with Her after your internship period is over!
Thank you so much Tsuki!I had that Nancy Drew moment when playing GTH too.
Which character you find the most interesting?
Wow, it is always hard to narrow my answers down to just one, but I guess it would have to be Jane from CUR. She always fascinated me with how much knowledge of her family she could hold all while being obsessed with monster books. I loved learning about her entire personality.
It’s so neat that you were a tour guide and on a rowing team. It sounds fun! I really like the paddle in your office 🙂 I love to craft and I’m going to post some of my ND crafts on ND Facebook. I just made the Robot Puppy you showed in your video. He’s really cute! Thanks for sharing 🙂
I can’t wait to see your crafts!
