Assembling the Art

This week I am working on gathering the art for the characters in Nancy Drew Sea of Darkness. I have already requested the art team to render out some high resolution images so that I can start work on merchandise images later. Today I am looking through the concept art and 3D models while trying to figure out what to write about them. Let me tease you this: they all have such interesting names! I need to keep reminding myself how to spell them…haha.

As for the weekend puzzle, it was a simple anagram. Just rearrange the letters to get these lyrics from “The Word I Couldn’t Keep:”

[…my love still lies there buried under silent ice and sleep…] You can listen to the entire song here:

Hmm….. After becoming addicted to this song and listening to this over and over, This must be from the perspective of the Captain.
“You stole me from another” Must mean that he stole the ship and “My love still lies there buried under silent ice and sleep” must mean that the ship crashed, and now the ship is gone forever, but he still loves it. “Grave left unattended by the words I couldn’t keep” must mean that he never wanted to admit that he caused the death of his crew because he could keep some sort of secret. “Long forgotten promise coming home atlas” Must mean that he promised to put the ship back where it belonged or he would go home finally. “Cities may all turn to ash and stone wall fall to time” must also mean that either stuff would happen over time or that Cities would burn after the Captain visited every time because the people wanted the ship back! “And now I rest far in the north a broken heart a broken heart to lie forever under tattered sails beneath a blackened sky” Must mean he was near Iceland when a volcano erupted and that was how he crashed! and how the islanders were able to survive on the island! Wow… I decoded that song really well ^-^ Did I get anything right LJ?
