Be Careful Who You Trust!

Sounds like several of you have already received and played The Silent Spy! If you’d like to share your thoughts (we will be sure to read them) post them to the message boards! Also, if you are still in the middle of solving the mystery, don’t forget about the strategy guide that was included in your order (you download it as a pdf).

Today we posted this image:

So who did you trust? Or if you haven’t played the game, yet, who do you think you can trust? Characters specifically each have secrets hidden from you, and it’s up to you to decide if they are trustworthy, if they are the good guys or the bad guys.

Without spoiling it for others, did you guess the culprit early? Were you surprised at any of the characters’ secrets?

I was totally unexpected about the culprit! I thought it was one character but then at near to the end, I got to know who it really was! I’m so excited I finished the game!!! I’m also excited that there was someone in the game that I was hoping to reveal! For those who haven’t played this game, go and play! This game is so intense, and unexpected twist! I also loved the teaser trailer for #30! That got to have to be my new favorite!

I kind of stayed unbiased along with nancy. I wasn’t sure if I liked bridget, she annoyed me and made me laugh, but I think I kind of thought she’d be the one to trust (not saying if she wasn’t or was 😉 ) at first i thought the bad person would be moira but you know how your view of the suspects changes. I think the whole thing was very interesting and left a lot to think about. it was handled very well, though I found it more funny than sad.

O my gosh, I loved SPY! I had no idea who the culprit was! I kept changing my guess right up until the end! Alec? Bridget? Ewan? Moira?

I had been waiting for Samantha Quick to appear for ages, so as soon as I saw that there was a girl about her age in the game I assumed that it was her in one of her disguises. I was still happy about it though!

However, halfway through the game I was able to figure out who the culprit was and where the ending would happen. I personally wish that the culprit had been someone else.

    I don’t know…
    Who CAN I trust?

Of course we were surprised by Bridget! But yes, like VEN the culprit became very obvious toward the end of the game.

The culprit was somewhat easy to figure out after a
    while of playing..
    but AMAZING game!!

Also, can you please bring back

the poll that you use to do on the

side of the Armature Sleuth blog??
We loved voting in those and
    having them!

Just a quick question: is there anything like crying or something close to it in the game? Is there a certain amount of emotion involved?

Yes I did guess the culprit early, even before I got the game in my hands! I was surprised at one or 2 secrets that involves ______. 😀

  10. @Amy M. — Glad you enjoyed it! Tell your friends!

@katedrewisalive — Keeping an open mind is good for every detective to have when solving a case. I’m glad you liked it! 🙂

@MysteryHorse — Perhaps you are just getting really good at deducing who the villains are in these games!

@William D — Only your close friends and family! 😉

    @meow123 — Request granted!

@Anonymous — Nope, nobody in the game cries. I’m just warning you that some written text is sentimental. 🙂

@Teagpow — Good for you, detective!
