Important Update Regarding Physical Orders
Dear Nancy Drew Fans-
As part of our efforts to constantly improve our web site and your shopping experience at herinteractive.com, we are pleased to announce that all Physical (box) orders of Nancy Drew Games will now be handled by Digital River. As you may recall, Digital River took over the Digital (electronic) downloads of our games late last year.
So what does that mean to you? The biggest change is that for the first time in our company’s history there is now one unified shopping experience on our site. You can now order both digital and physical products in the same cart and not have to deal with the hassle of two different storefronts on our web site.
The only change that you should notice is that your new account will be automatically created upon placing your first order of a physical Nancy Drew game title. If you have
already established an account with us via a digital download purchase, no further action is required. You’re good to go! It’s just that easy!
Other benefits will include:
• International Shipping!
• Global customer support – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email.
• Both physical and digital account history to reference at anytime at your
convenience.
• More payment options including PayPal, Wire Transfer or Check to purchase
our games.
• More shipping options.
If you have any questions about our new store, please let us know. Thanks for taking the time to read this important message.
— The Her Interactive Team
Hi, I was wondering if you will still be selling physical copies of the Nancy Drew games still. It is just that whenever I come on to see if they are available, it always says they are sold out.
Hello Sarah! When we first make a game, we make a set amount. Once they are gone, they are gone for good. Only digital copies will still be available. Be sure to pre-order MID if you want to ensure you’ll get a physical copy!
Hello
Can old physical copies work on newer versions of Windows. That is, is it worth buying a Cd/DVD drive or is it easier to just buy downloads of the 20 games I have?
Thanks
