How do I look up my Order?

When you place an order in the Online Store a new order number is generated. This order number can be used to look up your orders from the Online Store Help Page. Under Quick Order Look Up, enter your order number and your account password.
Alternatively, log in to your Online Store account. From the My Profile page, click Online Store Support & FAQ’s on the left-hand column to proceed to the Help page.
From the Online Store Help page, under the My Account section click My Order History.
All your orders including date and order status are shown here. Click a yellow order number for more information, or to download items from the order.
What if you did not create an account but checked out as a guest?
Hi Kelly! You could try looking up your order with the email you used for the purchase by going to FindMyOrders.com. If you have trouble, please contact us at customerservice@herinteractive.com.
I am looking for my download link but checked out as a guest. Quick order look up asks me for a password. And FindMyOrder.com doesn’t work somehow.

bonjour j ai déjà acheter plusieur jeux mais quand je vient pour rentrer my account et le mot de passe rien ne fonctionne parce que ils dise que mon compte n est plus actif j ai besoin de mes jeux et mes download j ai besoin que vous m envoyer un code promo pour pouvoir aller chercher mes jeux c est déjà arriver dans le passe une personne chez vous ma donner un code et puis ca regler ma situation ca fait plusieur fois que j envoit des email mais j ai jamais recue ce que je demande j ai payer mes jeux 26 jeux au total j attend votre email le plus vite possible je veux plus recevoir des solution ca ne fonctionne jamais merci

Hello R Lee, Cara said the Find My order page wasn’t helping her. All online links were provided on this FAQ post. To help her out specifically with her order, we ask her to email us directly so we do not have a conversation about an order number where the public can view it. (Here in the comments).
