Back-Up Discs Retiring

With so few customers purchasing back-up discs for their digital games, Digital River (ecommerce provider), will be retiring this service from our site on September 30th, 2019. Starting October 1st, 2019, back-up discs will no longer be an option to add to your cart when purchasing a digital game.
Our physical games are available to purchase whiles supplies last. Once the physical games are sold out, they will no longer be available in physical disc. Be sure to pre-order your physical copy with each game launch!
I pre-ordered my physical copy of Midnight in Salem the day of the pre-order, Oct. 15th. I selected standard shipping, but I have no idea when to expect it in the mail. There is no tracking number, and the only e-mail I received is my order confirmation and my digital strategy guide. Is there any way to tell when it will arrive besides waiting by the mailbox? Thanks!
Hello Sarah! You should receive an email with a tracking number once the game leaves the warehouse, so keep an eye out for that email!
when you download a game will you be able to redownlaod it after 30 days? as if you have got a new computer and want to put it on there ?
Hello Leyana! If you purchased the EDS with your digital download, you can download after 30 days. If you do not have EDS, I recommend copying the entire file to an external drive to back it up, then you can re-install it later or on another machine.
I wonder what was the feature with these back-up discs…
