Return Policy

Returns and exchanges of new merchandise purchased directly from Her Interactive will be accepted within 30 days from the date on the packing slip.
- Computer software may NOT be returned if opened or unsealed and non-defective. You may exchange these items for the same item if the original is defective. New merchandise must be returned or exchanged in new condition with all original packaging and contents. To obtain a return authorization number, call Digital River at 866.585.3251. Please have your order number available. You may also request a return authorization number by looking up your order and clicking the “Request a Return” button on the invoice page. Click here to look up your order. Your packing slip contains a return address label with a printed space to write your RMA#.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the reason for your return is due to Digital River error, please contact Digital River for a shipping credit.
- Digital River will issue a full credit via your method of payment for the price of any merchandise you return that meets these conditions.

Is there a way I could refund my digital copy of The Tomb of the Lost Queen? I meant to buy Secrets Can Kill, but I had the other one already in my cart and I meant to take that off but I took the one I wanted off and bought the wrong one. Hello, I wanted to see if I could get a refund for the digital copy of Salem I purchased. Not only was the downloading process complicated and horrible, but the game itself is extremely glitchy and doesn’t allow me to click on things. Let me know if this is a possibility. How can we get a refund for TeeSpring orders?
Hi Nancy Drew Fan, If you reach out to TeeSpring and tell them your order number you should be able to get a refund as long as it is within their policy guidelines.
