Return & Exchange for other Online Retailers and Retail Stores

The Her Interactive Return Policy provides returns or exchanges of new merchandise, within 30 days of purchase, ONLY if purchased directly from the Her Interactive Online Store.
If you have purchased a Nancy Drew game with a defective disc from an online retailer (Amazon, etc.), or from a retail store (Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, etc.), you will need to contact the retailer directly for assistance with return or exchange. As with any defective item purchased from a retail outlet the retailer is responsible for replacement of that item.

Hi! I recently purchased the Mac digital download for “Midnight in Salem” and the game doesn’t seem to be loading. I hear the music, but only have a black screen. Then the game freezes completely and I have to hard reboot. I would love to return this game, or exchange it with another. Thank you!
