Christmas Shipping Information


The warehouse will be closed on Christmas Day and does not ship on weekends.

Christmas: Physical boxed orders placed after 10:00am CST Friday, December 21st, WILL NOT SHIP until Wednesday, December 26th.

***HeR Interactive offices will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday from 5:00pm Friday, December 21st until 8:00am Thursday, December 27th and New Year’s holiday from 5:00pm Friday, December 28th until 8:00am Wednesday, January 2nd.***

Suggested order dates for domestic Christmas delivery:

  •  Domestic Postal – USPS Postal Mail (Domestic) – December 14th
  •  Standard Ground – FedEx  Ground (Domestic) – December 17th
  •  2nd Day – FedEx 2nd Day (Domestic) – December 20th
  •  Next Day  – FedEx Overnight (Domestic) – December 21st
  •  APO/FPO – USPS All ZIP codes USPS Retail Ground- November 6th
  •  APO/FPO –USPS Priority Mail and First-Class Mail – December 11th


Orders should be placed no later than 10:00am Central Time on the above suggested dates. USPS and FedEx Ground shipping times are NOT guaranteed. Only FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Next Day shipments are guaranteed.

USPS – Post Office – Standard Domestic Delivery

USPS standard delivery typically takes 4-10 days in the 48 contiguous states for most origins/destinations. USPS DOES NOT GUARANTEE delivery times for standard mail. We recommend that you place your order with USPS Domestic Postal shipping no later than 10:00am Thursday, December 14th. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories require additional transit time.

FedEx – Standard Ground (3-5 Business Day)

FedEx DOES NOT GUARANTEE Standard Ground delivery (3-5 day) during the holiday rush (Dec 12th-24th).  We recommend that you allow an extra day and place your order with standard ground shipping no later than 10:00am Monday, December 17th.

FedEx – 2nd Day Shipping

FedEx does not deliver orders on weekends. We recommend that you allow an extra day and place your order with 2nd Day shipping no later than 10:00am Thursday, December 20th. Due to the holiday rush, and because some FedEx offices will be closing early on Christmas Eve, FedEx may need an extra day to deliver overnight orders. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

FedEx – Next Day Shipping

FedEx overnight packages should be ordered no later than 10:00am Friday, December 21st for delivery by Monday, December 24th.  Due to the holiday rush, and because some FedEx offices will be closing early on Christmas Eve, FedEx may need an extra day to deliver overnight orders. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

Remember that FedEx shipping times are in “business days” and do not include weekends or holidays, so do not count those days when estimating arrival. Also, please note that shipping times vary depending on your location.
International Orders

***No guaranteed Christmas delivery on international orders.***

We ship to all countries except those with trade sanctions in place with the United States.

UK Customers: Shipments to addresses in England, Scotland, and Wales select Great Britain in the Billing Information and Shipping Information menus.

Suggested order dates for international Christmas delivery:

  • Canada & Mexico – FedEx – Wednesday 12/12, rest of the world Saturday 12/8

International Shipping options are:

  • International Express = FedEx Priority

Tracking is included on this FedEx option, 1-3 business day service.

  • International Express = FedEx Express

Tracking is included on this FedEx option, 1-5 business day service.

  • International Economy = FedEx Economy

Tracking is included on this FedEx option, 2-5 business day service.

  • USPS = International Postal (***No Tracking Available***)

Serviced by Mail on the Move. This option is made available to our international customers to provide a less expensive option; however, there is no tracking available. You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped, but there will be no tracking information and delivery date will not be available. (“NotTraceable” may appear in the Tracking Number field; however, this just means that the shipment cannot be tracked.)

USPS International Postal suggested “order by” date is November 18th, 2018.

Canada & Mexico – USPS Priority Mail International – Saturday 12/8, rest of the world Saturday 12/8


Note: International Postal orders can experience delays of up to 4 weeks (sometimes longer) due to customs and delivery regulations in the country of delivery. Please contact the Customs Agency in your country for more information. As of October 2013, we have been informed that there is an ongoing backlog at Canadian Customs, so Canada orders may experience an additional delay.

Shipment Tracking: 

Access your account to track your order from our Shop page at Select ‘Log In’ from the drop-down menu under ‘Shop Games’, then log in using your email address and password.  Once logged in, click on the link for “Online Store Support & FAQs” on the bottom left. From there, you can either click on the link titled “My Order History” under the “My Account” section, or enter your order number & password in the “Quick Order Look Up” section on the upper right side and click “find order”. Your tracking information will be stored here.

Your order will be updated with shipment tracking as soon as it ships, and you will receive an email confirmation with the USPS or FedEx tracking number. It can sometimes take 48 hours or more for USPS and FedEx to update the tracking information, so if you receive a message stating the tracking number cannot be found or no information is available, then wait and try again later.
