In an effort to provide better domestic postal shipment tracking, we changed physical distribution partners to Newgistics earlier this year. Unfortunately, in some cases, tracking those packages has not been as efficient as we would expect. To be clear, this has not affected the tracking for the majority of packages, but enough for us to take notice. We are monitoring the situation very closely and will take the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen during the next pre-order period.
