Shipping Couriers
In an effort to provide better domestic postal shipment tracking, we changed physical distribution partners to Newgistics earlier this year. Unfortunately, in some cases, tracking those packages has not been as efficient as we would expect. To be clear, this has not affected the tracking for the majority of packages, but enough for us to take notice. We are monitoring the situation very closely and will take the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen during the next pre-order period. Very frustrating. I should have just bought it from the store. I received an email stating that my game shipped October 3 and I still have not received it and today is October 13.

If I had known you start out with USPS then switch to Newgistics I would never have ordered from here. Second poor experience with the notoriously noted worst shipping service in the world!
