• If physical disc(s), did you purchase the game(s) new or used? Did the game come in a multi-pack? If yes, what other games were included in the multi-pack?
• What operating system are you running (i.e. Windows: 7/8/8.1/10/11, MacOS High Sierra, Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia)?
• Are you getting an error message? If yes, what is the exact error message? If not, what happens when you try to install or play your game(s)?
