Subject: Taffy Sort Freezes

SYMPTOMS:

When attempting to play the Taffy sort, the cursor freezes but the music goes on and nothing happens.

CAUSE:

This is normally experienced by machines that do not meet our minimum specifications, have programs running in the background, or their drivers are not updated.

RESOLUTION:

Please updated your sound and video drivers from your computer manufacturer (IE Dell, Gateway, IBM), as well as DirectX from http://www.microsoft.com/directx.

If that fails, please patch the game with this file (TRN_Patch.exe) and follow the instructions below:

Complete the following after downloading the above executable file.
1. Double click the downloaded file (TRN_Patch.exe).
2. Click "Next" twice.
3. When the prompt asks for a directory to install the patch, select the directory where Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon was installed (e.g., “C:\Program Files\Nancy Drew\Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon\”)
4. Click "Next" until installation is complete.
