Gigantic upber powerful fan reaks havoc creating winds up to 100 mph causing a tsumani. Nancy and friends must flee Cape Cod, where they happen to be trying to solve the mystery of the disappearing Fisherman's Wharf. Nancy sends flowers to the evil genius behind the plan, but hidden inside is a sleeping agent that causes him to drift off. Nancy and friends enter the compound and save the day!
