General Online Download information.

ISSUE:

I have a question about my Digital Download.

Unable to locate activation code for digital purchase.

ISSUE:

I purchased a downloadable game or strategy guide, installed it and now I'm being asked for an activation code when I try to run it. Where do I find the activation code?

RESOLUTION:

When you are in our digital download store, (click "Purchase Games" from the top navigation bar of our website and then the image to the left of "Purchase Online Download") choose "My Account" from top bar and login if you haven't already. You should see a list of the games that you have purchased. Next to each game or guide that you have purchased, you will see an activation code. Enter this code into the appropriate field and activate the product.

Unable to locate download link for digital purchase.

I purchased a downloadable game or strategy guide but can't find the download link.

RESOLUTION:

When you are in our digital download store, (click "Purchase Games" from the top navigation bar of our website and then the image to the left of "Purchase Online Download") choose "My Account" from top bar and login if you haven't already. You should see a list of the games that you have purchased. Next to each game or guide that you have purchased, you will see a "Download" link. Click the link and follow the instructions to download your purchase.
