Unable to locate activation code for digital purchase.

ISSUE:

I purchased a downloadable game or strategy guide, installed it and now I'm being asked for an activation code when I try to run it. Where do I find the activation code?


RESOLUTION:

On the Digital Download Store homepage, in the left-hand column under My Account click on 'Account Home' and login in if you have not already done so. You should see a list of the games (My Games) that you have purchased. Next to each game or guide that you have purchased, you will see an Activation Code. Enter this code into the appropriate field and activate the product.
