Support for Older operating systems such as Windows 95/98/ME/2000

ISSUE:

Newer games won't install or play on older operating systems such as Windows 95/98/ME/2000.


CAUSE:

All titles starting with #15, The Creature of Kapu Cave, and newer require Windows XP/Vista.


RESOLUTION:

As technologies change and grow, Her Interactive needs to stay current with the industry. Microsoft recommends and supports Windows XP and Vista and we follow their lead because we must stay compatible. This is necessary in order to give the majority of our users the best possible game experience. While a newer title may work on earlier Windows operating systems, we unfortunately cannot guarantee game play on computers that do not meet the minimum requirements for the game. Please be sure to review the minimum requirements on the box packaging before purchasing a new game.
