Some super sleuths already figured out the scrambled mask names from the last post even before the newsletter came out! April's newsletter has a contest pertaining to the masks - can you figure out the name of each mask? Five winner will be drawn at random from correct entries to receive a copy of the Nancy Drew movie staring Emma Roberts.

When we created the contest, we wanted fans to learn about the Commedia Dell'Arte by giving a little background on the masks thinking that a little research on the Internet would help with the answers. However, we quickly realized that all the masks are made slightly differently depending on the occasion and the creator. There is no standard description for each mask. In fact, one of our artists had to compile research to create the masks, which made it pretty difficult for us to create the contest. Simply describing the masks would have been too easy, so I hope everyone is up for a challenge!

Listening to music is a big part of my life. From the more mellow music I play while I work, to the classical music I play on the piano, to the upbeat dance music I use for my workouts, my music gets me in the right mindset for the task at hand and sets the mood.
