Stuart Moulder CEO
As CEO, Stuart Moulder runs day to day operations and works with Ms. Gaiser on corporate strategy. Mr. Moulder joined the game industry over twenty years ago with Sierra On-line. While at Sierra, Mr. Moulder delivered the first CD-ROM title Mixed-Up Mother Goose as well as working on Sierra's biggest games including King's Quest and Leisure Suit Larry. Later he was asked to direct applications and game development for the first dedicated online gaming network, The ImagiNation Network.
Mr. Moulder left Sierra to join Microsoft in the mid-90's where he helped Microsoft enter the core gaming business. While at Microsoft, Mr. Moulder signed and managed the Age of Empires franchise - Microsoft's first multi-million selling game titles. Mr. Moulder was responsible for several strategic studio acquisitions as well, bringing Bungie, FASA and Ensemble Studios into the fold at Microsoft. Since leaving Microsoft, Mr. Moulder has focused on casual and family gaming including Scene It?, LEGO Universe and Marvel Super Hero Squad Online.
Megan Gaiser CCSO
As Chief Creative Strategy Officer, Megan Gaiser sets creative direction, brand and portfolio expansion and cultivates strategic partnerships. Under her stewardship, Her Interactive (HI) has grown from a boutique company to an emerging competitor with the globally-loved Nancy Drew franchise games sales topping nine million units world-wide. The Nancy Drew PC franchise is the #1 in the U.S. six years running. Her Interactive has garnered 24 consecutive Parents' Choice Awards. Megan has been named one of the "Game Industry's 100 Most Influential Women" by Next Generation and "Top 10 Most Influential Women of the Decade" by Gaming Angels. She also received the 2010 Microsoft Women in Games award and the 2011 IndieCade Honorary Trailblazer Award for Lifetime Achievement.
Prior to Her Interactive in 1997, Ms. Gaiser spent 11 years producing award-winning film documentaries, winning many awards, including 15 Cine Golden Eagle awards, three New York festival awards, and the International Documentary Milano Award. She also spent time on the Microsoft team as a Producer.
Rob Klee CFO
Rob Klee is the acting Chief Financial Officer of Her Interactive, Inc. providing outsourced financial consulting. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting, and has been with Her Interactive since 1995. He is also a shareholder with the CPA firm Smith Bunday Berman Britton.
Mr. Klee graduated from Washington State University in 1986 with a BA in business administration, concentrating in accounting. He began his career with a "Big Four" firm in Anchorage, Alaska where he served a diverse group of privately held clientele. He relocated to Seattle in 1998 and gained public sector experience with a local firm. Mr. Klee joined Smith Bunday Berman Britton in 1999 and is actively involved in the audits, reviews and compilations of a diverse group of entities.
Mr. Klee is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also an active member of his community, serving as a board member, volunteer youth coach and religious education instructor.
Jared M. Nieuwenhuis Marketing Director
Mr. Nieuwenhuis has an extensive background in the interactive and mobile entertainment industry. In his current capacity of Marketing Director at Her Interactive, he is responsible for setting the global marketing and PR strategy and the execution of new product launches.
Jared's innovative work in the casual gaming industry as Vice President of Marketing at Sandlot Games included re-branding the company and the global launch of over twenty new games on multiple platforms. At Sandlot Games, Jared was responsible for leading all aspects of its corporate and consumer marketing strategies, and co-marketing partnerships with licensors and publishers on various platforms including the Wii, DS, mobile, PC, online, Mac, PDA's and the iPhone.
Preceding Sandlot Games, Jared led a global team from Washington State that included offices in Seoul, Hong Kong, and London, with Vidiator (a Hutchison Whampoa Company) and quickly positioned itself as a leading technology and solution enabler of mobile video, audio and 3D messaging under his management as Director, Marketing Communications. Prior to joining Vidiator, Mr. Nieuwenhuis was the Director of Marketing Communications at Dijji Corporation and Mobliss, where he successfully managed and promoted the launch of some of the biggest brands in the world with mobile games and campaigns for Rolling Stone, Napster, USA TODAY, The Coca-Cola Company, ESPN, Nike and Fox Television.
Melissa Neumann Sales Director
Melissa brings over 8 years of game industry business development experience to Her Interactive with her National Account Management roles at global game publishers Nintendo and THQ. Melissa managed the retail launches of both the Nintendo DS and the Wii, and has successfully launched hundreds of games covering all genres and platforms at both Nintendo and THQ.
Prior to the gaming industry, Melissa worked in the telecom industry marketing high-speed Internet services to communities and developers during the developmental and entrepreneurial stages of consumer high-speed Internet demand at startups Reflex Communications and Verizon Avenue.
Melissa spends her non-work time running and trying to keep up with her two future-girl-gamer daughters.
